The new design is available for iOS users who install the latest WhatsApp update from the App Store.

Recently, WhatsApp for iOS released the 24.14.78 update on the App Store. While the official changelog does not provide detailed information about the new features in this version, WABetaInfo has reported that WhatsApp is now rolling out a new interface for the bottom calling bar to all iOS users. In its latest update, WhatsApp improves the calling experience by redesigning the top of the screen to enhance button visibility. According to the report, if you haven't received this feature yet, it's advised to wait a bit longer as some accounts may receive it in the coming weeks, despite not being mentioned in the official changelog.

In my view, the updated interface for WhatsApp's calling bar on iOS is a welcomed improvement. The enlarged profile photos and modern design not only enhance the aesthetics but also promise a more intuitive user experience. By emphasizing visibility and functionality through a semi-transparent background and refined bottom bar, WhatsApp continues to prioritize user convenience and contemporary design trends.
