Journal of Machine and Computing is an Open Access Journal When research is accepted for publication all articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an article publishing charge APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal is usually USD 800, excluding taxes.
Journal of Machine and Computing accepts Gold open access publications which means that all published manuscripts are freely available for unlimited access.
Open access publishing provides immediate, worldwide free access to all published manuscripts. Readers can view, download, print, and redistribute any article without any financial barrier, enabling greater distribution of an article.

Open access articles published in our journals are freely available online, immediately upon publication. The publication costs for Journal of Machine and Computing are covered by the AnaPub Publications (Kenya) until 31 December 2023, so authors do not need to pay an article-processing charge for publications.

Articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND license, meaning that anyone may download and read the paper for free.
