Google has recently introduced several exciting updates to its Search and Google Lens tools, using AI to offer more dynamic search capabilities. One notable addition is the ability to search by taking videos with Google Lens, enhancing its visual search functionality. Users can now take a video of an object or scene and instantly access information about it.

The update also includes improvements to conversational search, enabling users to ask questions verbally in a more natural way. Google’s AI models now provide enhanced answers that integrate both text and video content, aiming for a more holistic approach to information retrieval [2]. Figure 1 shows Google lens logo.

For online shopping enthusiasts, Google Lens has improved its product recognition abilities, allowing users to find exact or similar products more easily. Whether it’s fashion, home décor, or other consumer goods, Lens now offers more relevant search results and options.

Additionally, the company has added AI-driven overviews in search results, making it easier to explore and organize information on the go. Users will also see enhanced visuals in their search experience, from instructional videos to web pages that offer deeper insights into their queries [1].

These improvements highlight Google’s goal to seamlessly blend visual search and AI-powered tools, making information gathering more intuitive, whether you're searching by video, voice, or through the traditional text interface.
