Apple iPhone 14 is expected to arrive later this year with some major front camera upgrades. As per a latest report, the Cupertino giant has boarded a new supplier for installing high-end front-facing cameras on the iPhone 14. Apple has reportedly selected South Korean supplier LG Innotek to install the new selfie camera on the upcoming models. LG Innotek has been already making rear cameras for Apple, while front cameras were made by an unknown Chinese manufacturer and Japan's Sharp. The new front-facing camera in iPhone14 is said to cost nearly three times as much as previous iPhone camera components. [1]

As per the report, Apple had plans to pack LG Innotek’s digital camera on the iPhone 15 initially. Quality issues associated to Chinese-made cameras reportedly led the corporate to make this choice. The iPhone 14 fashions are stated to function autofocus on selfie snappers. The new digital camera setup will reportedly value as a lot as 3 times in comparison with the earlier iPhone front-facing cameras. [3]

This year, the company is reportedly planning to skip the mini model and introduce a new iPhone 14 Max model that might be aimed at those who want a bigger display and are not a fan of compact displays. Tipster AppleLeaksPro recently claimed that the price of the iPhone 14 could start from $799 (approximately Rs 62,020). For your reference, the iPhone 13 was made available in the US for $699, which is around Rs 54,260 when converted. In India, the flagship phone was launched with a price tag of Rs 79,900. So, the price will likely be higher than Rs 85,000.

The tipster suggested that the iPhone 14 Max could cost $ 899, whereas the iPhone 14 Pro may cost around $1099. The price of the iPhone 14 Pro Max might be $1,199. We will get to know about the official pricing when Apple will unveil it later this year. [4]
