Figure 1 shows However, what sets the Flex Hybrid apart is its incorporation of a sliding mechanism. This mechanism enables the screen to slide horizontally, further increasing the display real estate. Samsung Display has unveiled two variants of its Flex Slidable concept: the Flex Slidable Solo and the Flex Slidable Duet. The Solo model slides out from one side of the display, while the Duet extends on both sides. Both models feature a 13/14-inch OLED panel that can expand to a larger 17.3-inch size. This increase in display real estate is aimed at enhancing multitasking capabilities, providing an immersive gaming experience, and improving movie watching. These Flex Slidable concepts demonstrate Samsung Display's commitment to pushing the boundaries of display technology for enhanced productivity and entertainment purposes.
