A 5G modem can give download speeds of up to 7.5 Gbps, which is three times faster than any LTE modem. Furthermore, a 5G modem can quickly establish a link between the cloud and the user.[1]
Portable device adoption is expanding among end consumers all around the world. Smartphones, tablets, wearable gadgets, and laptops are among the most popular devices among end consumers. As a result, the demand for continuous cellular connectivity has increased, increasing global demand for 5G modems.[1]
Smartphone usage is rising across emerging regions, with emerging economies accounting for over 90% of all smartphone subscribers. Over the next five years, India is likely to attract about half a billion additional members.
