Ken Ho, CEO of Primech Holdings, added that the new HYTRON “embodies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in robotics and smart facility solutions.”

The robot is designed for improved operational efficiency, with AI-powered pathfinding, obstacle detection, and a streamlined user interface for enhanced operational management. Primech AI plans a global debut tour, showcasing the HYTRON at CMS Berlin (Sept 23–26, 2025), Building Maintenance & Clean Expo Tokyo (Nov 19–21, 2025), and CES Las Vegas (Jan 6–9, 2026).

Primech Holdings Limited, headquartered in Singapore, delivers technology-driven facilities services to both public and private sectors, including facility maintenance, specialized cleaning, and stewarding solutions. The company reports annual revenue of $74.35 million and maintains a moderate debt profile, with a debt-to-capital ratio of 0.21.

In recent developments, Primech secured a two-year contract extension worth S$10.65 million (US$8.3 million) for cleaning services at an undisclosed Singaporean institution, expected to be a significant revenue contributor. Shareholders also approved key resolutions at an Extraordinary General Meeting, including the adoption of the Primech 2025 Employee Incentive Plan, which received strong support.

Primech’s subsidiary, Primech AI, launched an autonomous bathroom cleaning robot, HYTRON, at a major Singapore shopping center. Powered by NVIDIA’s Jetson Orin Super module, HYTRON demonstrates the company’s commitment to integrating advanced AI and robotics to efficiently maintain high-traffic areas with minimal human intervention.

These initiatives underscore Primech Holdings’ focus on technological innovation and service expansion, positioning the company for continued growth in the facilities management sector.
