Trump Mobile Unveils $499 Android Smartphone with an Unlimited Service Plan Priced At $47.45 Per Month
Trump Mobile Unveils $499 Android Phone and $47.45 Monthly Plan in Latest Consumer Venture
The Trump Organization has introduced a new mobile service and branded smartphone as part of its continued push into consumer markets. The new initiative, called Trump Mobile, will offer an unlimited wireless plan priced at $47.45 per month alongside a branded Android device, the T1, retailing for $499. Both are slated for launch in September.

The monthly “47 Plan” includes unlimited talk, text, and data, and comes with added perks such as telehealth access and roadside assistance. The name and pricing are a nod to Donald Trump’s presidential status — the 45th president aiming for a second term as the 47th [1]. Figure 1 Unlimited service plan.
Donald Trump Jr., speaking at the product launch at Trump Tower, explained the package as part of a broader ecosystem of lifestyle services: “Users will get telemedicine, roadside help, and international texting to over 100 countries—all for one flat rate.”
Not Operated by Trump Organization Directly
Although the service carries the Trump brand, it is not directly managed or operated by the Trump Organization. A disclaimer on the Trump Mobile website clarifies that the products and services are delivered via a licensing agreement, not by the Trump Organization or its affiliates.
This model is consistent with other Trump-branded ventures, which have included footwear, watches, and even Bibles, reflecting a wider conservative-brand marketing trend.
T1 Phone: Mid-Range Android Features
The Trump Mobile T1 smartphone runs Android 15 and features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, 12GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage with microSD expandability. It also offers a 3.5mm headphone jack, a rare inclusion in modern smartphones.
Camera specs include a 50MP main sensor, plus 2MP macro and depth cameras, and a 16MP selfie camera. A 5000mAh battery supports 20W fast charging. However, no information has been released about the phone’s processor, suggesting it may be a mid-range chip rather than a flagship option.
Premium Pricing Compared to Rivals
At $47.45/month, Trump Mobile’s plan is pricier than many budget carrier offerings. For comparison, Visible by Verizon offers unlimited data for $25, and Mint Mobile has a $30 plan with a one-year commitment. Still, Trump Mobile claims to offer coverage using the same networks as the three major U.S. carriers and highlights U.S.-based customer support, though it hasn’t revealed the call center location.
Special Focus on Military Families
Trump Mobile is also pitching its service to military families, promoting free international texting, discounted international calls, and global coverage for staying connected during deployments.
According to recent financial disclosures, Donald Trump earned over $8 million in licensing deals in 2024. The launch of Trump Mobile may boost that figure further while strengthening the Trump brand in an already competitive mobile market dominated by AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
