JBL’s popular range of portable Bluetooth speakers and wireless gaming headset series expanded at CES 2022 with new launches – two smartphones or tablets at the same time. The new JBL Pulse 5 combines the immersive 360-degree sound from JBL with an LED light show, while the JBL Boom Box 3 has an acoustic three-way loudspeaker design and should provide up to 24 hours of playtime.

With the new JBL Party Box Encore, JBL has also expanded its Party Box speaker series. The portable party speaker is said to deliver 100 W of sound power and has a splash-proof design with IPX4 certification. JBL also announced new additions to its Quantum line of products with the company’s first true wireless gaming headset, JBL Quantum TWS, and two over-ear headsets. [1]

Figure 1 shows the new JBL Pulse 5 comes with a price ticket of EUR 249 (roughly Rs. 20,900) and JBL Boom Box 3 will retail for EUR 549 (roughly Rs. 46,200). Additionally, JBL Party Box Encore will retail at EUR 349 (roughly Rs. 29,300)

JBL Boom Box 3 can be out there in Black and Squad color choices. Colour choices of the opposite two gadgets aren’t but revealed by JBL. New JBL transportable audio system and JBL Party Box Encore can be out there for buy through the corporate’s official website and chosen retailers beginning summer season 2022. [2]

The new portable speakers by JBL come with fresh designs and improvements over their predecessors. As mentioned, JBL Pulse 5 pairs 360-degree immersive sound with a LED light show. JBL Boom Box 3 has a three-way acoustic speaker design. Both the devices feature Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity and offer wireless connectivity to up to two smartphones or tablets to the speaker. They are IP67 rated for water and dust resistance as well. Users can choose colours and effects through the JBL Portable app available on Google Play and Apple's App Store. JBL Pulse 5 and JBL Boom Box 3 can be paired with two JBL PartyBoost-compatible speakers for stereo sound or link multiple JBL PartyBoost-compatible speakers.

JBL Quantum Stream, JBL Quantum TWS, JBL Quantum 810, JBL Quantum 610, JBL Live Pro 2 specifications, features

JBL Quantum Stream is introduced by the company as its first USB microphone. The dual-condenser microphone has a reversible stand that provides 360-degree movement, with additional mounting options. It has a metal design, and the stand is made up of aluminium. It also includes a metal ring and iron net. The microphone of JBL Quantum Stream features 2x14mm electret condenser with 24bit and 96kHz sampling rate. It features two selectable voice pick-up patterns to isolate one voice or include many. JBL has provided a mute button with an RGB ring indicator light. The latest JBL USB microphone is compatible with JBL Quantum Engine PC software. [3]
