Samsung Galaxy A13 4G has been spotted in a Geekbench listing, offering some insights into the possible specifications of the upcoming smartphone from the South Korean company. The 4G handset is listed to be powered by an Exynos 850 SoC chip and run Android 12 out-of-the-box. Samsung Galaxy A13 4G has already been subject to numerous leaks and the production images of the phone had also surfaced towards the end of last month. Its predecessor, Samsung Galaxy A12 was re-released with the Exynos 850 chipset this August. The 5G variant of Galaxy A13 was launched in the US earlier this month. [1]

Figure 1 shows Samsung’s entry-level smartphones coming soon, Galaxy A13 4G appears in GeekBench list, as spot by SamMobile, showing the possible processor, RAM capacity, and operating system of the 4G variant. The handset – with model number SM-A135F – is listed as being powered by the in-house Exynos 850 SoC. The listing shows that the handset has 3GB of RAM, but other variants are also possible. [2]

Samsung Galaxy A13 4G Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy A13 4G launch seems imminent. The budget smartphone from Samsung is listed on Geekbench ahead of the launch. The device has the model number SM-A135F. As per the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy A13 4G will draw power from an Exynos 850 SoC. The chipset is clocked at 2.0GHz. In Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, the phone scored 152 and 585, respectively.

The variant listed on Geekbench has 3GB of RAM. We can expect Samsung to launch more RAM and storage options as well. The phone runs Android 12 out of the box. It will have a layer of One UI 4.0 on top of Android.

Other details of the device have been tipped in the past. The phone is said to sport a quad-camera module on the back. There are no details of the camera sensors at the moment. The phone will feature a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port and the speaker grille at the bottom. Since it is a budget smartphone, the phone is likely to feature an IPS LCD panel. It will also have a polycarbonate rear panel.
