Xiaomi's latest launch event has introduced the much-awaited Redmi Note 11 Pro series in India. Alongside, a new wearable named Redmi Watch 2 Lite also debuted under the Redmi brand. Priced at Rs 4,999, the smartwatch now comes as a budget option by Redmi for those wanting to stay connected on the go as well as keep track of their health.

For this, the Watch 2 Lite from Redmi comes with a host of health-monitoring features. Some highlights include more than 100 workout modes, blood Oxygen measurement, continuous stress monitoring as well as a heart rate tracker. Figure 1 shows Redmi Watch 2 Lite features a square-shaped 1.55-inch TFT LCD HD display that offers 320 x 360 pixel resolution. As compared to Redmi Watch 2, it is a step-down as the latter features an AMOLED display. The newly launched smartwatch sports a physical button on the right edge. [2]

The watch is 5ATM rated, which means that it is water-resistant up to 50 meters and also supports diving, rafting, and snorkeling. It also offers continuous SpO2 monitoring, which monitors your blood oxygen.

Some other features include in-built GPS-based location tracking, optical heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, electronic compass, and 24-hour heart rate tracking as well.

The watch and will be available in Blue, Black, and Ivory colours. The straps of the watch come in various colors, including Ivory Creme, Midnight Black, Blue Dragon, Pink Punch and Olive Rush colour options. [3]

The watch has been launched for Rs. 4999, and it will be on sale from March 15 via on Mi.com, Mi Home, Amazon, Reliance Digital and partner retail stores. [3]
